Michele graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Studies, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, Michele represented family law clients through Penn’s Civil Practice Clinic. After graduation, Michele joined Philadelphia Legal Assistance, where she represented clients in custody, child support, divorce and domestic violence proceedings. Fluent in Spanish, Michele represented immigrant victims of domestic violence in family law matters under a Violence Against Women Act grant from the Department of Justice. Michele also supervised students from Penn Law’s Custody and Support Assistance Clinic in their representation of family law clients. Subsequently, Michele worked for Northeast New Jersey Legal Services in Passaic and Hudson Counties, representing clients in housing matters. Michele has also worked for the School District of the Chathams, primarily assisting children with special needs.

LIFE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Michele lives in Morris County with her husband and daughters. She has actively participated as a member of the PTO of the Chathams, in the past serving as District PTO Vice President and PTO President of Milton Avenue Elementary School. She enjoys spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore, where she sits on the Board of the Avalon Yacht Club and serves as the Club’s Fleet Captain.
Alison has over two decades of experience in account relationship and corporate project management, including positions at Fiserv, EDS and NationsBank/Bank of America. She brings her extensive experience in such areas as evaluating and understanding clients’ needs, coordinating communications between multiple stakeholders, issue resolution, and acting as escalation point and advisor for customer service issues to her role at Wilson Family Law LLC. Alison has also worked as a Paraprofessional for the School District of the Chathams and ECLC, assisting students with special needs. Alison attended Furman University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Business.
LIFE OUTSIDE THE OFFICE :
Alison is an avid chef and reader, going through at least a book a week. She also enjoys spending many hours watching her two sons play hockey at rinks throughout NJ and surrounding areas. She is active in her church and serves as Council Committee Secretary. Alison lives in Morris County with her husband and their two sons.
