Wayne G. Perry, Esq. is an associate attorney at Wilson Family Law LLC. Wayne’s practice is exclusively limited to matrimonial and family law matters.
Wayne has extensive experience in family law and matrimonial matters including divorce, non-dissolution, domestic violence, appellate, and other family law matters. Wayne has litigated complex and high-conflict cases from inception through trial. He has also handled matters that have proceeded to an amicable resolution through alternative dispute resolution or otherwise.
Wayne understands that matrimonial and family law matters often present uncertainty and may result in stressful situations for those involved. As a result, Wayne prioritizes open and honest communication with his clients. Wayne recognizes the need to create an individualized plan tailored toward each client’s particular needs and relies on his experience in both litigated and non-litigated matters to advocate for his client’s best interests.
Wayne is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and an active member of the Morris County Bar Association where he serves as a Trustee on both the Morris County Bar Association and Foundation. Wayne also volunteers with the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project where he represents victims of domestic violence in Morris County.
Wayne has been named to the Super Lawyers-Rising Stars list as published by Thomson Reuters for the years 2024 & 2025. Wayne received the Outstanding Young Lawyer award through the Morris County Bar Association in 2025.
Wayne received his B.A. from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. from Albany Law School. During law school, Wayne was a legal intern with the Honorable Mark L. Powers at the Schenectady County (NY) Family Court. Wayne also worked at the Albany Law Immigration Clinic while in law school.
Upon graduation from law school, Wayne was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C., where he assisted Judge Hanna with the matrimonial, non-dissolution, and criminal dockets.
